UNDERSTANDING OUR HUMAN DESIGN

Have you ever been curious as to whether our paths are destined or whether they are random and completely within our free will? Or how siblings all grow up under  seemingly same conditions, same environment, same caregivers, same rules and yet all are so different from each other in every conceivable way? There has always
been the debate between nature and nurture with regard to what influences are at play in our lives. Most of us have heard of Karma and how this influences much of what we are here to release and ascend into our true essence as is often referred to as a remembering the truth of who we really are.

We can glean much from systems such as Human Design, Gene Keys, Numerology and our Divine Blueprint to enable us to work with these systems that uniquely support our energy signature, which is calculated from or birth name, birth date, birth
place and birth time. These calculations give the genetic and astrological positions that map out and highlight the energetic patterns and influences in our lives. By
gaining an understanding of your design, it can enable you to work with your system to support you living your most harmonious and inspired life.

I am relatively new to these systems, which has enabled me to look back over several decades and see the parallels between my life experiences and the insight these human design systems have taught me.

Much of what I have learned about what my body needs to function at its best has been through trial and error. Yet with the benefit of these insights, I have a much deeper understanding of my challenges, my gifts, my destiny and how to work with the influences instead of against them. For example, in my Gene Keys, one of my lessons is to learn the power of restraint. How I wish I had known this lesson decades ago, however in the grand scheme of things there are no mistakes, and perhaps I needed to experience the antithesis of this several times over in order to really get the message.

Everything in my life is designed to flow in a logical and sequential way, and yet I have tended to push, force and insist on moving things forward and often wondered why I experienced many obstacles along the way. For my design, slow and steady wins the race. Just knowing the various aspects of our design gives a whole new perspective and highlights that it does not serve us to compare ourselves to others, just as we wouldn’t compare and apple to an orange in terms of one being better than the other.

You can find out more about Human Design, Gene Keys, and Soul Blueprint or other systems such as numerology by typing in any of these words in a search engine. Many of these will have a calculator to input your birth details to find out your specific signature. Once you have a clear starting point, you can then research your specific area of focus my imputing your particular design.
