My mission is to be a catalyst and uplifter in service to those who feel called to understand themselves more fully and the truth of who they Be. I guide people deep into their core self of love, so they can activate their creative expression and intuition, reclaim their sovereign power and live from a space of loving kindness, conscious choice and inspired action in service to their life, their relationships and in fulfilment of their unique role in this world.

I am a multidimensional energy healer, soul alignment guide, divine blueprint Illuminator, author and oracle deck creator. I hold formal qualifications in psychosynthesis coaching, nursing, social Work and counselling.

My thirty-year journey of self-growth has enabled me to support, mentor, uplift and witness the transformation of others. I do this by combining the power of energy healing and coaching, to transmute limiting core beliefs, ignite unique gifts and talents in the Divine Blueprint and connect people to their ‘I AM’ presence to heal, evolve and shine their essence.

I have two book collaborations with Writer, John Spender in his Best-Selling Series, A Journey of Riches. My first chapter appeared in The Power of Inspiration: Twelve Stories to Spark Your Soul. My second chapter features in John’s most recent Journey of Riches series, titled Live Your Passion.
